I just checked the settings once again and I find that Existing Yoast SEO Title is missing in all the posts.

is it important to set a SEO title for the posts? I have been using the Post Title ( which appears in my WordPress editor ) only so far

What exactly do I need to do here?

I just checked the meta descriptions once again and they seem to be showing in my posts after I activated Yoast

So it seems to be working fine

Howevever I have installed an XML sitemap generator plugin earlier ( I was earlier using no SEO plugin after I had deactivated Rank Math two weeks ago) . THen I had submitted the site map url to my Google searchconsole .

Now once I have activated Yoast, will it automatically submit the site maps generated by Yoast to Google and Bing or do I need to manually submit them?

Also please suggest what other settings are important.

I have imported settings from Rank Math ( but I dont think I have properly entered all settings in Rank Math as well )

Yes I followed all the steps to import the settings from Rank math

But when I open the post with Yoast activated, I find that the meta description has not been imported

Maybe your import tool is not importing the meta descriptions of the posts

I am using Popup maker – latest version with Elementor 1.4.4

I am using a button and css class to trigger the popup

It is not opening the popup

I set up the pop up on my test landing page ( which I have made with elementor – but it does not seem to open

I have not put any shortcode in the pop up content since i am only testing

The pop up is opening when I am logged into my WP account and when I view the selected page, on the top bar there is a link to Pop up maker> Popup> open

Then the popup is opening

When I try to click on the button I have created ( using a css selector for the button to trigger the pop up )

I have also taken a screenshotof the js error that is showing

I also disabled all my installed plugins and even then it did not work.

So there is no clash with any plugin
