There is no setting to change this registration link but I can suggest workaround for this that you can use URL redirection plugin and in that you can set registration link to redirect to your required page.

Please check following conditions:
- Use latest version of WP Support Plus(8.0.4) and Email Piping(1.0.8).
- Please check your email notification settings at Support Plus > Email Templates are correct or not.
- Please check other emails other than Support Plus are going correctly or not(for example pass change,..) because we use default functionality of wordpress to send emails. If not going please contact to your host provider.
- Also check your mails are not going to spam folder.
Hi there,
Support agent can see dashboard but when woocommerce is installed, it is not possible for agent to redirect on support page.

Yes it is possible that at the time of creation ticket it will automatically assign to agent.
You can pre-assign category to agent for this please goto Support Plus->Settings->Categories. Please edit each category and assign agent to it.Forum: Plugins
