Hi thanks for your reply. When I submit the pop-up form on this page https://www.businessenglishpros.com it shows a “You have said $20. Thank You Message” and that remains there. When I reload the page its says “Confirm Form Submission” and the page you are looking for used information that you entered. Returning to the page might cause any action you took to be repeated. Do you want to continue?

What should I do so that the form is new again.
