Thanks a lot.. I have finally figured out that the problem is due to wp-super-cache plugin. I am using dreamhost webhosting and WP 2.8.4

I think they are more of changed as I am able to see the other blogs and also the specific files on the server.

Any idea how to debug?

I also faced this issue today. I was able to repair the database. But I am still seeing below error when i check tables from phpadmin tool. How do i correct it

Problems with indexes of table wp_comments
More than one INDEX key was created for column comment_approved

I installed that but it was quite a buggy one and was not allowing feeds ??
I believe it was a bad option to choose yahoo ..

I have re-installed the WordPress 2.5. Its working fine now. Problem is with version installed with yahoo installer.

I have modified all the .php files and removed the blank lines but it is still failing. Any other way to correct it. Can some wordpress support people respond to it

I have tried changing the theme too and nothing has happened. That is till giving error. Any more thoughts?
