WP and Divi Icons Pro – a premium version of the plugin comes with a yearly subscription, we are stating this clear on the product page, checkout page, and in terms and conditions. You can cancel your subscription any time. Annual renewals have become very common in WordPress product companies. We are constantly improving our products with bug and compatibility fixes, enhancements, and feature additions, as well as providing top notch customer support. In reply to: [Inline Image Upload for BBPress] Not responsive on mobileHi there,
Our plugin uses the image insertion dialog from the WYSIWYG editor used by bbPress (TinyMCE), which may not be responsive (as you indicated). We do have a Pro version of the plugin, Image Upload for bbPress Pro, which has a different image upload interface that is designed to be responsive and offers drag-and-drop uploads, so I’d suggest checking that out if the TinyMCE upload dialog used by this plugin isn’t satisfactory for your needs.Cheers,
Jonathan

In reply to: [Connector for WooCommerce and Zoho CRM] API v1.0 DepricatedHello,
Version 2 of the Zoho CRM API is now supported by our plugin as of v1.1.0. I would recommend updating the plugin and completing the new authentication process on the settings page (WooCommerce > Zoho CRM Integration) by the API version 1 sunset date of December 31, 2019. If you don’t see the update available yet, it should show up soon.Cheers,

The plugin does currently use version 1 of the API but an update will be released before December 31, 2019 to upgrade that to version 2.Cheers,

Hi Chris,
If you are finding that the Gross Sales figure in our plugin equals the Net Sales in WooCommerce’s built-in reports (rather than the Gross Sales), I think this is likely due to differences in how “Gross Sales” figures are calculated by these two reporting methods. I think WooCommerce’s Gross Sales include taxes and shipping, neither of which are included in the product gross sales in our free plugin.
Our Pro plugin – https://potentplugins.com/downloads/product-sales-report-pro-wordpress-plugin/ – includes fields for tax amounts and total sales including taxes. Since shipping is (by default) stored as a line item applicable to the order as a whole rather than individual items, the plugin does not include product-level calculation of shipping charges, but is able to report on total shipping charges and quantity (number of orders using the shipping method) broken down by shipping method.
Note that the totals in the spreadsheets you sent don’t reflect that our plugin’s total gross sales equals the net sales in the built-in WooCommerce report – I’m not sure why this is. If you find that our plugin’s gross sales figures don’t line up with net sales in WooCommerce reports, please let me know so that we can investigate further.
Hi there,
Since the donation is a WooCommerce product type, the customer should be able to simply remove the donation from the WooCommerce cart if they don’t wish to make a donation, rather than changing the donation amount to zero. Regarding the button labels, there isn’t a plugin setting to alter those but if needed you could change the labels by modifying the plugin’s code.Forum: Plugins
