We are discovering that on our form located at https://www.lenders.com, when a user inputs their name and email it is displaying on other unrelated users computers when the unrelated user accesses our form on their computers.

If you visit our page https://lenders.com/ we have a form where we collect some information from the user which is stored in php cookies and it is used to refill the form automatically when the user returns to our site.

The issue we are facing is that when we enable the cache plugin it does not display them again (possibly because the cache is older). We also do not want to disable cache for this page because if the cache plugin is disabled for this page it takes too much time to load the page. Can you please advice?
