This is weird…
I switched back to the child and the contact page came perfect!!
Switching from the main theme to the child seems to be fixing things. Though cannot understand why. But hey.. problem solved without formatting.

Upadte:
I noticed that I had a custom css in twenty eleven and t wasnt being used on the child… dahh… How did I miss that!!

I did insert a textwidget but same result. Funny enough if you see the website again now, I have activated the twenty eleven template (Not the child) and the contact page is fine. Im confused. Doesn’t the child inherit the files automatically.
I downloaded firbug to maybe identify the problem but I will soon probably re install the theme from fresh and start a child from the start as probably the problem started there. This I find strange as on child them instructions it says that important to copy style.css but I needed to modify other files so next time I will copy all files to be modified in child theme.

I had the same issues and noticed that its best, if you edit a css or php, make a copy in your child theme directory and it should work. BTW you have to activate your child theme to work. Hope this helps.

alchmyth you right as I was experimenting with all possibilities. Now is on side bar as you can see the result. Still not as wide as the other and widget is a problem. Just out of curiosity how do you know which template am i using? Does firebug give you this as well or you need special software. Just curiosity..

The problem was solved when I did the child theme but dont know how.

Thanks for the reply. My problem was sorted out by itself!! How? I dont know. But I was fiddling with the actual main codes and realized I had to do a child theme. I did the child theme and the sidebar came OK right by itself. Dont ask me how or why it did that as I dont know. Now my website is OK. Though it would have been a challenge to me and I dont mind it :)… Thanks again.

Ok managed to get them round too as you can see from my website. But cannot make it wide. I need it around 300px. I know that you have to alter the values of

margin: 0 34% 0 7.6%;
width: 58.4%;

}
#secondary {
float: right;
margin-right: 7.6%;
width: 18.8%;
}

But there are more than one location of this code in style.css. Does it mean I have to change them all? And to get 300px what percentages would I put?

I mainly want to know how to move it down. I have been reading all the posts here but none apply for the newest version. Im using the twenty eleven default theme. I’m lost… ??
