I’m not using the floating share box anymore, however, if you use
'.get_permalink($post->ID).'
as the URL to like, it should link to each individual post rather than to the home page.
Hi Travis,
Thank you so much for your reply. You are right, the floating share box is only on the single pages, and the only like button is in the floating share box. Despite having the like box_count layout on the single pages, it continues to total all of the likes from all of the pages.
Do you know what code I need to add to get the like box to pull the permalink from the individual posts?
Here is the code I am using right now:
<iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?href=<?php echo urlencode(get_permalink($post->ID)); ?>&layout=box_count& amp;show_(faces=false&width=350&action=like&colorscheme=light& amp;font=arial" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowTransparency="true" style="border:none; overflow:visible; width:55px; height:65px;"></iframe>
Thank you,

In reply to: I slaved over a hot stove all day . . . how does it taste?It looks really good. I love the footer. The only thing is that I think you should have a slider on the landing page instead of static photos. There are only 2 photos on that first page- there should be more.

In reply to: plugin to help with admin post editing?Yes, quick edit doesn’t cut it. I need to click and un-click buttons from the socialize plugin so I need to get to full edit.
I’m kind of shocked no one has made a plugin for this. Sometimes I want to update a string of posts at one time, and it ends up taking hours when it really shouldn’t.
Thank you for your help Rhand ??

In reply to: What do you think?Your homepage should be one of the image galleries- not the blog.

In reply to: RSS will not show full feed/ “feed items do not have dates”I have the homepage feed set to “excerpt” through my Wootheme. But, I asked Woothemes about this and they said that selecting to have excerpts on my home page should not affect the feed if I select “full posts” in the WP dashboard. I’m going to ask them again.
I’m glad to know the dates are showing up- I can see them.

In reply to: RSS will not show full feed/ “feed items do not have dates”Will that interrupt subscription service?
It’s been so long since I set it up, how do I disable it?
Thank you so much for your help. This issue is affecting a number of things:
1. inability to link to tumblr and hootsuite (they say that the feed items don’t have dates)
2. my overall rankingPlus, I wonder how many subscribers I’ve lost because of it.
