How was it solved? I have GetPaid plugin and the payment form. But the sub total and total say ￡0 no many the price of the item or the quantity

Update – I actually found the answer myself. My issue was because I have some extra code added which delays the start – extends the trial till an exact date in the future. When I get rid of this code snippet, it all works fine.

Actually, when I entered card details and paid via Paypal, the money was actually taken from my bank. However, the Payment Status is still down as “Not Pay”.

Also experiencing another payment related issue. Maybe related?? I am trying to pay via Paypal, which seems OK. I log into Paypal and select card I want to use and press button to pay. But it gets stuck on the One More step. Finish paying at [company name] screen??

I also tried paying via Paypal but just manually entering in my real debit card details. This seems to be OK – I get notification on my phone to authorise it and I get redirected to the success page. However, no money is actually taken out from my bank – and on the web site looking at Gift Voucher orders, it has Payment Status as “Not Pay”.

Tried in PHP8 and still having problems. Gone down to v2.1.1. v2.1.1.1 may be OK?

I am already on PHP7.4 and still having problems. Going to use older version of Post SMTP

Plugin has been updated which apparently fixes the menu disappearing issue. Not tested myself yet though

Surprised how this has still not been updated. Rather significant when it makes navigation/menu disappear. I have accidentally updated on few websites – and maybe I do tend to use the same CSS class names for things – surprised its hidden navigation on all.

Whatever it is, they need to fix quickly

@mesmer7 Even if you did not happen to have copy of old version of plugin on your computer, you can just download from the web site.

So for example, the URL for the latest version is https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/responsive-menu.4.1.6.zip – if you click on Download button.

But if you wanted v 4.1.4, just go to

https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/responsive-menu.4.1.4.zip

This should work with most (all?) plugins. Assuming they have not completely deleted it. And then once you have the file, just upload it via FTP

OK. When is testing likely to have been done to confirm its ok for WooCommerce 3.7? I believe that no major code changes between 3.6.5 and 3.7 but just want to be certain.

I happen to have plugin installed on 4 different sites and all of them having the same problem.

Although I have it on a 5th site (my own) and it displays the tweets fine??
