Hi Mouli,

I want an image in the email customers get when they bought something and still have to pay by banktransfer. So they get an email (wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/admin-order-on-hold.php) saying the order is on hold until payment is done.

I want to add an image in this template. So I copied the php file to a new directory:wp-content/themes/deli/woocommerce/emails/
to override the original in case of an update of the theme.

It works but the subject of the mail is not the subject I put in the settings.

So I tried that too, but nothing helps so I installed an other theme.

Found it, Thank you.
I tried indeed the theme files and the database with a clean install.

Theme problem is still there so I decided to go for another theme.

But…I know now where to look in the future..

Will this also effect the settings of the menu structure of the theme itself?

See original problem… Alse slider 1 is not sliding but I will delete all Enigma data from wp_options.

Nothing helps.
But when I reinstall the theme every setting I made is already inthere…
HOW?
URL to LOGO and URL to favicon even preveus created buttons and links are already there..
Why, it is a new installation.

Ok cleaned cache but no result…I will now deinstall enigma and greenenigma.
Then clean cache again.. and then reinstall theme’s again?

I did search but cannot find where and how to clean Cache.

Yes I installed latest 1.8.2 enigma yesterday

I have the same problem:

“cannot update the slider, service options #2 and #3. Will an update be released soon to fix this?

Yes one JS is missed and we have fixed this issue.

The Version 1.8 will be LIVE soon( Might be tomorrow).

Already did an uninstall of the enigma theme and the child theme but the problem reoccurs. What to do?

No, did not change anything myself. Just some old plugins and installed one new plugin (share to any). Should I reinstall the theme?
