Thank you for your advice. I have created a topic in the forum section you recommended.
Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: Subtitles for individual wordsUnfortunately, I can’t brush up on my CSS skills because I don’t have any.
Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: Subtitles for individual wordsIn order to be able to build the whole thing in a custom HTML block, I first need to brush up on my HTML skills. That will take a while.

In reply to: Subtitles for individual wordsThanks for your idea.
I assume that there is currently no way to achieve this using only nested blocks in the Gutenberg editor.
For now, I have informed the developers of NoScript about the issue here.
I will deactivate NoScript until the issue is solved.
The NoScript extension is installed on all my Firefox-based browsers. My WordPress site in the local network does have the highest trust level (“TRUSTED”) in NoScript.
However, if this extension is deactivated, the example text appears in the WordPress 6.5 Style Book instead of error messages.
As mentioned above, WordPress up to version 6.4 worked without any issues with the NoScript Firefox extension.
I have also tried other browsers and private window mode. Same issue.
However, I overlooked one aspect the whole time. All the browsers I tested are based on Mozilla Firefox.
I installed Chromium for testing purposes. I opened the Style Book in Chromium and everything worked as usual. Nice.
Does this mean that Mozilla Firefox is the cause of this issue?
I have not set up a firewall in the local network. Up to version 6.4, WordPress worked flawlessly across updates.
The “Re-Install” button was not displayed. Instead, an update to version 6.5.2 was displayed. I installed this update instead.
Unfortunately, the issue still remains. You can find the complete console output for the Style Book after updating to WordPress 6.5.2 and all plugins deactivated here.

I deactivated the Form Block plugin again. As expected, the issue remains. The JavaScript console is once again flooded with errors when calling the Style Book. You can find the complete console output here.
To go one step further, I deactivated all plugins. Unfortunately, as also expected, the issue remains. The JavaScript console is still flooded with errors when calling the Style Book. You can find the complete console output here.
I have already deactivated the Form Block plugin once, but the issue remained. After that, I reactivated the plugin because it apparently had no effect on the issue.
@flemse Thanks for your note.
@threadi Since I’m a beginner with WordPress, I don’t know what anomalies are yet. WordPress is accessible in my local network, not on the Internet. That was the plan.
Site Health Info provides a lot of information. You can find the complete log output here.

I hope that nobody is scared off by the amount of information in the log outputs.
Thanks for your advice. I have deactivated all plugins, but unfortunately the issue remains.
@pankratovkm The string given above as a
Shortcode
on a Page shows the number of past years. So that I can easily reuse theShortcode
text, I have stored it in a Pattern.Unfortunately, when I insert the Pattern on a Page, the calculation no longer works. The text for the
Shortcode
is displayed instead of the result of the calculation.Did I miss something?
I see I forgot to mention that I also inserted this text into a
Shortcode
block. Unfortunately, this did not work either.Today, it occurred to me to uninstall your date counter plugin and then reinstall it. Then I activated date counter again.
I was pleasantly surprised when I loaded my Date Counter page in the browser. The result of the date calculation was displayed and not the syntax. Great!
@gappiah I use the Twenty Twenty-Four theme. I just wanted to know if I can use a
Slideshow
instead of theFeatured Image
in the defaultSingle Posts
template without having to make changes in theSingle Posts
template.@devinlabsolutions Writing a custom function is probably too difficult for me as a WordPress beginner.
