There was a slider. maybe you will found an option In customizer or theme settings?

Or You can remove this with custom css like

    display: none;
}

You can add this into your customizer Additional CSS box. To remove this section from your home

You said alternative text is inserted as static HTML. The caption is ok but alt text should be in the image alt tag. It should not be displayed in front.

Maybe I am missing something?

You can Investigate this issue with active the default WordPress theme. and check and you can disable the theme-related plugin as well to check which causes this.

Our plugin using over 200k Customers without any issue. And last elementor update they change some settings which already fixed and we update our plugin.

Can you please check again?

Also if you don’t use any features or addons you can disable this from elements its settings.
