Hi, @karenlaukkdes!
Thanks for writing in!
You can also get rid of the duplicate gallery by adding a little CSS to a global CSS field (like the one found at Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS):
.envira_noscript_images {
display: none !important;
}Mind trying that?
Hi, @nekojonez!
I’m submitting this to our dev team to work on. We hope to have a patch out for it soon.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Hi, @supaiku!
My apologies for the delay in response.
Re: EWWW, you may need to reach out to them re: the conversion of the files. One other thing you could try is removing the image from the slide as it is now and re-adding it —?hopefully this will then display the .webp version you’re hoping for.
Soliloquy itself doesn’t have lazy-loading built into it, per our dev team, so this may be getting generated via another plugin. Without WP-admin access to the site, I couldn’t really say where it’s coming from, but if you’d like, you could reach out to us with that access through our official support channel here:

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Pro support?Hi, @smirandac1978!
Thanks for writing in!
The link you shared with us shows a FooGallery gallery, not an Envira Gallery gallery. Looking into the page source, we don’t see any code or scripts for Envira there.
Did you send us the wrong link? If so, could you point us in the right direction? We’ll be happy to check it out for you.
Hi, @rom1our!
Thanks for writing in!
I’ve filed a report about this to our dev team on your behalf. They’ll be tackling it as soon as they can.
Hi, @styzer!
Thanks for writing in!
There’s no maximum number of galleries you can build with Lite. I’m not sure what might be happening on your site, but would you mind reaching out to us through our official support channel? We’ll be happy to investigate further there:

Unfortunately, this is not a feature in our plugin.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] php warningHi, @rom1our!
Just wanted to follow up here and let you know our next release went out, and should resolve the issue!
Hi, @petefromch!
Our support team has replied to you via our official channel; you should have an email from them. I’m replying here just to close the ticket; we’ll continue our correspondence through the other channel for now, as our Envira Lite product — found here on .org — doesn’t have anything to do with Lightroom.

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] PDF Embedder Premium 5.1.1Hi, @damianos!
You wrote in during our off-hours in the middle of the night (in our timezones, at least!). We received your ticket in our system, and, as soon as we have a fix, we’ll ping you there. We’re aware of the issue and we’re attempting to remedy it as we speak.
Awesome, @framesoflifeart!
Thanks for letting us know!Hi, @framesoflifeart!
The Landscape Beauty section seems to be the only section containing images associated with your actual domain (i.e. using the framesoflifeblog.com domain as their host). The other sections seem to be using another address. For example:
https://box5548.temp.domains/~frameso2/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/262CF3AD-11B9-4F39-A41D-66049BA5C2BE.jpeg
That’s why you’re receiving that “Requested content cannot be loaded . . .” error message in the lightbox modal.
If you’re using Envira Lite, you’ll need to change these URLs manually — or use a tool like Better Search Replace to do so. If you’re using a paid version of Envira, the “Fix Broken Migration” tool in the tools panel may be able to resolve the issue for you.Hi, @simon_a6!
My apologies for the delay in response!
Unfortunately, with regards to metadata, metadata you edit in Envira does not show up in the metadata you see in the media library; and metadata you edit in the media library does not show up in Envira (if the images have already been added to the gallery).
The only real way, presently, to get the updated info in the gallery is to remove the images and then re-add them. Our dev team does hope to eventually create and release a syncing mechanism to avoid this issue in the future, but it’s not yet available.
