Hi, @wordpresshello!
Thanks for writing in!
Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem like a possibility in the current slider script, per our dev team. I can file this away as a feature-request for a future release, but I can’t guarantee it’ll be developed and implemented, of course.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Slider by Soliloquy - Responsive Image Slider for WordPress] SupportHi, @fionnz!
Thanks for writing in!
We apologize for the longer-than-expected response times. Those are due to some unfortunate circumstances, and do not represent the average experience, which is well under 24 hours.
Our support team has replied to your tickets now.
Again, our sincere apologies.
Hi, @janinewen!
As I wrote to our in our official support channel, I apologize for the delay in response time. We have had some unfortunate circumstances that have led to longer-than-normal response times, but your tickets have been responded to now.
You should find them in your email inbox.
Please continue to follow up through that thread.
Thank you!
Hi, @zorzstudios!
Thanks for writing in!
I just want to confirm that all of your tickets have been received a reply in our official support channels — with apologies for the delay in response.
You and I are in correspondence there, so whenever you have a follow-up or additional questions, feel very welcome to ping me!
Hi, @randyking!
If you’re using Envira Lite, there is no caption field available to you, I’m sorry to say. That’s available in any of our paid plans, though.
The other option is to forgo the lightbox and use the links option instead. This will make it so that when you click on an image in the gallery, it takes you to the link you assigned it (as opposed to opening the image in a lightbox). To do this, you’d need to go to the gallery’s lightbox tab, turn off the lightbox, and click the “Enable Links?” options.
Hi, @randyking!
Thanks for writing in!
There’s very likely a setting somewhere in Divi’s options to disable its lightbox. Offhand, I’m not sure where it is — but if you write in to us via the official support channels here or here, and send us your WP-admin login credentials, we’ll be able to hop in and get this taken care of for you ASAP.
(Please note that we’re off for Memorial Day today, but we’ll be back on the clock tomorrow as normal!)

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Lite works but not Pro?Hi, @wanderingstars!
Thanks for writing in!
Could I have you write in to our support team via the official support channels here or here?
In doing so, if you could provide a link to a gallery where this issue is occurring — as well as WP-admin login information — we’d be happy to hop in and investigate it for you ASAP.

In reply to: [Slider by Soliloquy - Responsive Image Slider for WordPress] Possible bugHi, @wordpresssites!
Thanks for writing in!
I’ve alerted our developers to this. We should have a solution for it soon!
Hi, @themeeg!
Thanks for writing in, and our apologies for the delay in response on this forum.
If you’re not getting a confirmation email — which are sent automatically upon receipt of the ticket — then it seems that your messages are not going through to the support team. I’m going to have our devs take a look at that, but in the meantime, we’d be happy to help address any issues you’re running into. Please send an email directly to [email protected]; this should get to us.

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Cloud contentHi, @jimh12345!
Thanks for writing in!
At present, Envira doesn’t have any integration with SmugMug or OneDrive, I’m sorry to say. I’ll happily add these as feature requests for our developers to consider in future releases, but at the moment, you’d need to upload all photos on your WordPress website in order to add them to galleries.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] greedyHi, @davidbega!
Thanks for your feedback.
The $26 fee you’re referring to is a first-year introductory rate for new customers, specifically for Gallery Basic, the subscription tier with the fewest addons and features we offer (compared to three other tiers).
You have a Gallery Silver subscription, which is no longer offered but is maintained for existing users, of course. Gallery Silver is the equivalent of what we now call Gallery Plus (same addons, same features, more than Basic offers). Gallery Plus actually costs more than the grandfathered-in rate that is available to you as a long-time Silver user ($69 versus your $49).
I’m sorry you think we’re greedy — we’re not trying to price-gouge anyone — but that opinion might have been formed on the back of a misunderstanding, as we’re offering you a reduced rate relative to Gallery Plus, which, again, is an identical product.
If you change your mind and opt to renew, you’ll still have the $49 price point; it won’t go up to $69.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Hi, @susantau!
Thanks for writing in!
We in support tried out FileBird Lite, and it doesn’t seem to work with either our Lite plugin or our paid plugin. This I wouldn’t call a “bug,” though; we can’t and don’t guarantee compatibility with plugins that alter the media library.
That said, we have had more than a handful of customers use FileBird Pro without issue. Again, we don’t guarantee compatibility with that plugin, either, but it seems to work for the folks who choose to use it in conjunction with Envira. What differences there are between FileBird Pro and FileBird Lite I’m genuinely unsure of, but it might be worth looking into — or at least trying FileBird Pro out — if this is how you want to set up your media library.

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Print lab fulfillmentHi, @wpnoob2012!
Envira itself doesn’t have any photo lab or fulfillment options, I’m sorry to say. But because our product (at the Pro or Lifetime level) integrates well with WooCommerce, you should be able to use any print lab or fulfillment option that’s also compatible with Woo, like WHCC, Printful, and others.
