Hi, @bahgheera!
Thanks for writing in!
Would you mind writing in via our official support channels here or here?
Please send along a link to your site’s login page with admin-level login credentials, and the support team will hop in to suss this issue out for you.
Thank you!
Hi, @sidodekker!
I checked our ticket system, and I found one from you regarding this problem from early July. Our system says you read it on July 28. I do not see any further follow-up or additional tickets after that, though.
If your tickets are not successfully going through, could you please reach out to me directly at [email protected]? I can help from there.
(Sorry for my delayed follow-up here, by the way. I’d been out a couple of days.)
Hi, @sidodekker!
Would it be possible to get you to write in through our official support channel here? We’d like a chance to hop in to the back-end of your site to help suss this out for you.
Generally, when we see stacking like that, it’s due to a lazy-loading conflict of some sort.
When you write in through the link above, please be sure to include functional WP-admin login credentials.
Thank you!

It’s possible the minification might be affecting something, but without access to the site, it’s hard for us to give you a proper, assured response. We’d need to look into this for you first.
When you write in through the links above, please be sure to include functional WP-admin login credentials and a link to the page where the issue is occurring.
Thank you!

Please send along your site’s WP-admin login credentials, as well, so our team can hop in and suss this out for you. (Please note that the team is off until Tuesday, due to the holiday, but they could reply sooner, of course!)
Thank you!

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] .envira-gallery-wrapHi, @ingewertwijn!
Thanks for writing in!
Could I have you submit a ticket through our official support channel here? We’ll also need WP-admin access to your site so we can help troubleshoot this for you.
Thank you!
Hi, @thefriendlancer!
Thanks for writing in!
I’m submitting this as an overall ticket to our dev team so they can ensure that this works properly with Core Web Vitals and CLS, in particular.
In the meantime, you might be able to use CSS to force the height, or to make it a fixed-height slider.
Hi, @ssmeredith!
Thanks for writing in!
Could I trouble you to write in through our official support channels? We have one here, and one here, depending on whether or not you have a paid license with us.
To troubleshoot, we’ll need a link to the site’s login page with admin-level login credentials, and a link to a page where this issue is happening. (Our official support channels are totally secure.)
Thank you!
Hi, @ernstwg!
Thanks for writing in! And my apologies for the delay in response.
If I’m understanding you correctly — and please correct me if I’m way off-base here —?no changes you made to the title on the Envira side of things will carry over to the image as it is in the media library. And the only way to get any change you make to the image in the media library to carry over to the Envira side of things after the image has already been added to a gallery is to remove it from the gallery, then re-add it.
Again, please let me know if I’m misunderstanding or misreading your question, as I’d hate to leave you with useless information.
Hi, @mluce!
Thanks for writing in!
Yes, it does. We’re doing our testing on 5.7 beta without issue at the moment; we’ll just need to update the tested-version field in our next release, but you’re A-OK to use this on 5.6.2.
Thanks for writing in!
Would you mind sending in a ticket through our official support channels, here or here?
We will likely need to log in to your site to get a sense of what’s going on and troubleshoot for you. Please include a link to your site’s login page and admin-level login credentials. The team will get on this ASAP.
Hi, @jd47!
Thanks for writing in!
We don’t have that feature in the free version, I’m sorry to say, but we do have it (our protection addon) in some of our paid versions. You can check out which it comes in (and what else it comes with) here.
Be sure to click “See all features.”
Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi, @jeremyrwross!
I’ll reply here with what I wrote to you through our official support channels, just to make sure you receive an answer:
We in support have added this to our dev team’s feature-request list for a couple of other customers who’ve asked the same question, but right now it’s just a feature-request, and hard plans for its inclusion do not seem to be on the devs’ roadmap as of this moment.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
