Re: social sharing, you can share individual images to FB and Twitter, but Instagram’s API doesn’t allow us to share images to Instagram, I’m sorry to say.

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Links on mobileHi, @renaud6322!
In the gallery’s mobile tab (left-hand side), you ought to see options for “Mobile Lightbox Settings.” There, turn off the lightbox, and then click “Enable Links?” That way, when users click the image, they will be taken to the URL you’ve assigned to that image.
Hi, @thebigbang!
No, I’m afraid not. The social-sharing addon remains a feature in our Gallery Plus and Gallery Pro paid subscriptions. I won’t say it’ll never be part of the free version, but at present, it’s going to be a premium-only feature.
Hi, @arachnoidea!
My sincere apologies for the delay in response! This slipped by our radar, but I’ve alerted our developers to the error message you’re seeing. They’ll get this fixed in a near-future update!
Hi, @locha9066!
Thanks for writing in!
Envira only works — on purpose, anyway — with its own lightbox. If you turn off Envira’s lightbox, the image will no longer be clickable to open. There’s no easy way to use Envira with another plugin’s lightbox feature without heavy customization to one or both plugins, I’m afraid.
Hi, @sunterien!
I was the person handling your ticket on this issue. I tried to look for it, but it is not appearing anywhere in our system, strangely. I’m really sorry about that.
Could you send in another with this information? I see the issue on your own site, but on the demo site, it does seem to work fine for me in both portrait and landscape:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0u8ryYo
https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuJLz5dOn your site, I see an issue only with the portrait mode. I see it spill over onto a second page; I didn’t find one that spilled onto three, but I also didn’t check every single image in your galleries.

Would you mind sending in a ticket through our official support channel here? Please include a link to your site, as well as admin-level login credentials (in case we need to go in to investigate). It’s a little tricky to figure out what’s wrong just through screenshots, and we don’t want to just guess at what might be causing it.
Our support team is off for the weekend, but they’ll be back in tomorrow morning to get everything working properly on your site again.
Hi, @oregondean!
Thanks for writing in!
Could I have you submit a ticket to our support team through this link or this link (if you have a paid account)? This sounds like something we’ll need to have access to your site in order to fix, or to escalate to our developers. When sending in, please include a link to your site’s login page and admin-level login credentials to expedite the process.
Thank you!

Would you mind sending in a ticket to our support team through this link? I ask because I’m not sure how your page is set up or built, and I don’t want to give you bad information. When you send in, please include a link to the site’s login page and admin-level login credentials — this will allow us to go in, see what you’re working with, and get your slider as you want it.

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Images have disappearedHi, @robertdoge!
Per our developers, that isn’t yet possible, no, but we’re going to tag this internally as a feature-request. They feel it’s definitely something worth looking into.
Hi, @julmoel!

We didn’t code in a limit for this, though, on occasion, max_input_vars might affect it — or there’s a mid-page fatal or something. I don’t want to speculate too much on something I can’t see, of course.
If you send in a ticket to our support team through this link — with, preferably, a link to the login page of the site and admin-level login credentials — they can check into this for you.
Hi, @lalinrobles!
Thanks for your feedback!
We’re always trying to improve the product, so if you’ve got anything specific you’d like to share about your experience — what, exactly, wasn’t to your liking or what wasn’t working when on your site, for example — we’d be happy to take a look into them!
Hi, @thebigbang!
Thanks for writing in!
Envira shouldn’t have any issues with any theme you decide to use. It certainly isn’t going to break down your site. If you run into any issues, though, please let us know right away, and we can look at it for you.
We do have a social-sharing addon available that allows you to share photos to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., but not Instagram. This is not available in the free version, though. It’s available in our Gallery Plus subscription.
Let us know if there’s anything more we can help with.

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Link HijackHi, @paul-bedford!
Thanks for writing in!
I wanted to confirm that you’re referring to both Envira Lite and the latest version or two of it. If that’s the case, the redirect shouldn’t happen. And if you’d like, I can have our developers take a look at this for you, if you’d be game to submit a ticket to our support team with FTP credentials included.
Thanks again!
