In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Random Order of ImagesHi, @kiblod!
Thanks for writing in!
Yes, the additional sort options are available only in our paid versions (any). If you’re interested in trying one of our paid options, you can upgrade from Lite by clicking any of the upgrade links found in the Getting Started or Addons section of the plugin (and doing so will get you a solid discount, too!).

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Error 404Hi, @funt565!
Thanks for writing in!
This is a bit of legacy code that we’re planning to remove on the next update, as it’s no longer required. Your logs should look a little clearer soon!

You should use the “original image” setting for full-sized.
Hi, @amgsahil!
Thanks for writing in!
Could you give me more details about the issue you’re experiencing? I don’t see Soliloquy on the page you shared or in the code of that page.
If you’d like, you can send in a ticket to our support team through this link, and we can help you there.

Hi, @sailors!
Is there a particular gallery you’re referring to re: this lightbox issue? When I click on a random image in the “daylight rendering” page, I see this:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/Apuj4Z5o
If you’re seeing something else, please send in a support ticket via this link. Include a link to the page on your site where this issue is occurring, and, if you can, it would be very helpful if you included a link to your site’s login page, and admin-level login credentials, so our team can go in and troubleshoot this for you.
Hi, @harm10!
Thanks for writing in!
I’ve alerted our developers to this; it’ll be resolved in the next update.
We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Hi, @iambidyut!
For albums, we don’t use REST, so you’d probably need to add the proper metadata yourself, but for galleries, you should see the proper stuff at:
/wp-json/wp/V2/envira-gallery
The gallery_data return in the object should contain everything needed.
Out of curiosity, what are you planning to do? We’re interested to know more about how our customers use the plugin!

Hi, Richard!
We’re definitely still in business. We just checked both support forms — here and here — and messages are coming through without issue.
If you could try one more time, please do —?and please send along your site’s admin-level login credentials, so we can go in and start troubleshooting.
