Hi, @akewowo!
Thanks for writing in!
Could you visit our own support page and send in a ticket there, including your admin-level WordPress login credentials? We’d like to go in and take a look at what you’ve got going on in the back-end of the site.
Thanks so much!
Hi, @hewittrd!
Thanks for writing in!
Without seeing your site, it’s hard to determine what, exactly, the issue might be. If you have access to Envira’s addons, it seems you might have a paid version of the plugin. Is that right?
You can send a support ticket to our team here: https://enviragallery.com/contact
Please send along a URL for the site, plus, if you can, admin-level login credentials, so our support team can investigate further. (Through our support system, not through here!)
I’ll be on the lookout for your message there.
Hi there!
It looks like your site is using Jetpack. Specifically, it looks like it’s using Jetpack’s lazy-loading feature. If you go into Jetpack’s settings and disable that feature, your gallery should display properly; Envira also has a lazy-loading functionality, and, generally, when there’s another one activated, the result is a conflict that affects how the gallery displays.
Let us know if that works for you!
Hi, Evan!
The ability to host images outside of the domain that Envira’s installed on is not something that Envira supports yet. The plugin pulls directly from your site’s media library.
If WordPress core eventually develops and implements this feature, Envira will take advantage of it, for sure, and explore its possibilities.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
