Hi, I tried by claering both website and browser cache.
The icon is now visible everywhere but it’s still strange and not centered in the circle (both in crome and firefox browser).
Now it looks like a boat rudder.

in my CF7 form I have standard infoes and I have had the same problem after crating a new form without changing nothing but email address…

I tested your form – looks like a JavaScript Conflict.? The spinning arrow is a common symptom of a JavaScript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using

I’ve already tried to deactivate all the plugins and also the custom theme, but I still have the error message.
I can give you another infoes:
On desktop PC, the error messagge is generated only on chrome and it’s the message that you put in “Submission was referred to as spam” box.
On Samsun mobile device, the error message is displayed both with “internet” and “Dolphin” browser
The same form, with the the same plugins and templates activated, works properly on destop PC with firefox and IE

I have the same problem on different wordpress websites with different theme and plugins activated on them.
I’ve tried to deactivate themes and plugin but I can’t fix the problem, neither by updating to the latest wordpress version (4.1.1).

I can’t use a form that doesn’t work properly on Chrome…

Problems turn uot only when I upgrade an already installed plugin version. On new installation I don’t have any problem: maybe this can be important for you

there’s no user with ID1 in the database but your plugin, after update, tell so. It’s not a cache problem.

About the second problem:
When I save some option I receive this error message:
The file path entered for the log location does not appear to be valid. it has been reset to …wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security/logs and backups
I checked about the path and the two folders both exist.

One last thing, not very important but may it can help you: after the update, the plugin icon in the menu disapper.
I did the update both automatically and manually and the resault is the same.
