We wonder whether you may have had an issue with the footer Widgets component, because the horizontal alignment column can seem like it isn’t working (when actually it is). The thing is that you have to align the content inside the widget through the Blocks you have inside the widget. Widgets content is rendered through the WordPress Editor Blocks, and so alignment settings should also be controlled inside the specific block settings/options.

@kevinroman Sorry to hear about your troubles with Botiga. We did a test yesterday with W3 Total Cache and couldn’t reproduce the issue.

Regarding the footer builder, do you have any specific examples of it not working as you would expect? Perhaps you could share via a screen recording (using a tool like Loom) or with screenshots?

Ah, I figured it out now! It’s because we moved to a new host yesterday and so had to re-add the key to our wp-config. Thanks for your quick help.

Hi Michael,

I’m sorry to hear you found the free version of Sydney to be limited. Sydney is actually one of the more generous free themes in terms of features. Some industry publications have even said that Sydney is more like a premium theme given away for free.

I’d be curious, actually, to hear what abilities you were looking for in the free version. Maybe they are things we could consider adding.

Regarding switching, this isn’t really a Sydney specific issue. Switching from one theme to another is always going to require a degree of work.

So from the URLs of your demo site it looks like the Home, About and Blog pages are fine, but there are issues with the Service, Projects and Contact pages. We believe the issue is that Elementor is not enabled on those pages, as it should be. So, we would like you to check that Elementor is indeed enabled on those pages (and not Gutenberg).
