In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar not clickable on mobileHi @ajeffcoat,
The calendar that you’re experiencing issue with was added using Divi Events Calendar plugin. You need to contact the plugin author and ask them to take a closer look at this issue.
I checked the main calendar page, which uses The Events Calendar template, and it was working fine. See: https://share.zight.com/xQuQEl06

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Free Events plugin issues with Brickyard themeHi @splucas1,
Thank you for testing that and confirming.
We have no integration with Brickyard theme, and it appears that it’s incompatible with The Events Calendar. At this point, I recommend contacting the theme author to see if they can help, and let us know if they need anything from us.

Please make sure to check this knowledge base article for setting up a PayPal account: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-paypal-for-ticket-purchases/
If your settings are correct, it would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?
- Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
- Switching to the Default theme.
Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Wrong date for our eventsHi @tom_on_wheels,
Currently, we do not yet fully support PHP 8.1 and above, but rest assured that we are working towards it. We appreciate any error reports which can help us fix them. While we are working to make our products compatible, if you have the possibility, please downgrade the PHP version to 8.0.
I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?
- Deactivate all other plugins (including the caching plugin) except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
- Switching to the Default theme.
Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] List | Month | Day – Turkish translationHi @mitchellem,
You’re correct, not all the strings for all languages are translated.
I’m going to share the steps you need to take for translating different text:
- Using?Loco Translate, you need to go to?Loco > Plugins > The Events Calendar and click on Turkish language to start editing.
? - It’s important to click on Sync button before you start to translate.
- Then search for the string “The text label for the…” and translate labels, see:?https://share.zight.com/YEuJm56y
? - Find other strings and translate them too.
- When the translation is done, click on the Save button.
- Clear the cache, and you should see the translation on your site.
See this article for more information:?https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-translations-with-loco-translate/
If you want to translate strings manually, you should be able to find those text in?The Events Calendar?translation file.
See this article for more information:?Translation BasicsForum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Wrong date for our eventsHi @tom_on_wheels,
Could you please share a screenshot from one of the event in your backend? I want to see the start date and compare it to what you have in frontend.
Note that In order for The Events Calendar to work properly, you must use a location-based timezone and avoid using UTC offsets.?Using UTC offsets?can cause problems?with Daylight Saving Time, event imports, and event data handling.
See: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/working-with-time-zones/
Do you confirm that you’re using a location-based timezone?
For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the following version of the following?
- PHP
- WordPress
- The Events Calendar
- Theme and Version
Please do not share any credentials, this is for us to follow the WordPress Forum Guidelines.
