In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Ticket listing orderHi @artisanweb,
Thank you for sharing screenshots with me.
I see that you’re using the Classic Editor while my screen recording was from Block Editor.
Using Classic Editor you should be able to rearrange the tickets order, see: https://share.zight.com/kpueo67B
Do you perhaps have a caching plugin? If so, follow the article below and exclude our files from being cached: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
?Also, it would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?
- Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
- Switching to the Default theme.
Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
If none of the above helps, Would you mind sharing the direct URL to the page you’re having issues with? Please do not share any credentials, this is for us to follow the?WordPress Forum Guidelines.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Tickets never saveHi @joycegrace,
Once you switch to another ecommerce plugin such as WooCommerce, you need to recreate the tickets, as old ones remain connected to the previous ecommerce plugin and won’t be shown on the front-end.You can see the same behavior on both Block and Classic Editors.
We recommend testing and choosing the ecommerce plugin before selling tickets band don’t change it during this time, this is to make sure that users can purchase tickets.
Hi @joycegrace,
This looks like a bug in our plugin with FSE themes such as 2023 or 2024. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case.
I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.
If you do have other concerns or issues you need help with, please create another ticket, as it helps us track different issues.
Again, thank you for your patience. Hang in there.

Hi @mirkoe,
Using CSS does exactly what you want.
Also, you can use the snippet that we have here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-free-event-price-to-0-zero/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Past eventsHi @mining2023,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
The screenshot shows that you’re using Elementor Happy Add-on for creating the calendar, see: https://happyaddons.com/docs/happy-addons-for-elementor/widgets/events-calendar/
In this case, you need to contact the third-party plugin support.
Native Elementor widgets for The Events Calendar are only available in Pro version, see: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/native-elementor-widgets-for-events-calendar-pro/
Let me know if you have further questions.
