In reply to: [Multi-Carrier Shipping Calculator for WooCommerce] Architecture is ALL WrongAll of the carrier settings are located in your customized account with AuctionInc. The API call is made to us and all of your unique carrier settings are accounted for when returning real time multi carrier rates. Contrary to your suggestion, our biggest downfall is that we do not have the ability to easily customize shipping by product. Perhaps you have misunderstood our On Demand feature.
Additionally we do integrate your FedEx and DHL credentials and the USPS only has three plans all of which we accommodate. Due to licensing we are unable to use the UPS credentials but we have found a means for you to pass on your UPS discounts to your clients if you wish.
We strongly urge you to call our support staff, we have a live person answering the phone from 8-5 EST.

In reply to: [Multi-Carrier Shipping Calculator for WooCommerce] Multi carrier shippingHi Maya,
Thanks for your inquiry. Our plugin supports mixing products in the cart that have different origin (assuming, of course, that at least one of our supported carriers provides services from a given origin to a given destination). AuctionInc supports an unlimited number of ship origins that you may define and then link with the appropriate product(s).

In reply to: [Multi-Carrier Shipping Calculator for WooCommerce] Freight CalculatorHi productdevuiux,
Yes, our extension handles any number of shipping origins. Simply set up your origin codes in our system and then assign your code to each product that ships from other than your default origin. (Our extension actually creates its own new product attribute for this purpose.)
If your drop-shippers dont all use the same shipping services, we support that as well, thru our “on demand” setting, which allows you to configure a shipping service as available on a per-item basis.
We offer a two week free trial of our extension; I hope you will take advantage. After installing our extension, go to https://www.auctioninc.com and register for our WooCommerce extension for the trial.

In reply to: [Multi-Carrier Shipping Calculator for WooCommerce] Freight CalculatorHi BV,
Sorry, we cannot find any previous email from you. Did you send it to [email protected]? If so, did you receive the automated reply from our ticketing system?
Our pricing is listed https://www.auctioninc.com/info/page/ecommerce_pricing
For our modules, pricing is tiered based on monthly usage. You can use our module on as many websites as you wish, for the same monthly rate.

In reply to: [Multi-Carrier Shipping Calculator for WooCommerce] Freight CalculatorHi Wiliruis,
AuctiionInc’s ShippingCalc extension provides quotes for package services from UPS, USPS, Fedex and DHL, but does not provide freight delivery quotes (i.e., packages over 150 lbs, pallets, etc.). It is difficult to provide accurate freight quotes without significantly more customer information than is collected in the cart.
Gary,
Our plug-in supports generating rates from Singapore from both DHL and Fedex (but not UPS) for any destination, both locally and internationally, to which those carriers offer service.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Canadian Shipping rates – HowToMike,
I encourage you to take a look at our plug-in for WC, which will handle all your needs for providing highly accurate Fedex rates to both Canadian customers and all other destinations. Your only job will be to set accurate weights and dimensions for our products. If you have a Fedex account, you can pass on your account rates, or you can offer list rates. For CA -> other countries, we also support UPS and DHL. Our single module, to which you can subscribe month-to-month and cancel anytime, is an “all-in_one” solution for providing rates in your cart.
You can find our plug-in here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/view/plugin-reviews/auctioninc-shippingcalc-for-woocommerce — we offer a free two week trial.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can't figure out shipping rates. Please help!I appreciate that you are looking for a free solution, but Im pretty confident there are no free plug-ins that can provide this capability. Our plug from AuctionInc is not free but manages using the USPS flat rate boxes like no other plug-in anywhere (and is just one small component of our overall functionality). Our packaging engine will determine first if your cart items fit into any of the different-sized flat rate boxes (including the Regional ones if you qualify for Commercial Base), and if so, which one, and determine the price of that box. Then, it compares the price of that box to the price of the regular calculated rate for Priority Mail using your own box (which may well be substantially cheaper, depending on the weight of your items), and prices Priority Mail at whichever packing method is the best deal for you and your customer. Beyond this, we support rates from all package services from the major carriers, and have a host of capabilities that allows you to offer accurate rates to your customers. I hope you will give our extension a try.
