I actually can’t supply the exact information without creating a new Post. However it was in the section concerning Requests & Feedback. I asked if BreakSpace could be included as a QuickTag. I clicked on Post Message, and I received the error message. I was using Internet Explorer because I was debugging earlier, and it was configured to notify for every script error. Now I am aware that IE is not the browser of choice, but I personally find it accurate when identifying script errors.
Anyways, the error message window appeared with what appeared to be at least two lines identified, and a missing object. I was tired, so I failed to copy the error message. However I did notice that there was no script error when posting this time. So it is possible that there was an error caused by my connection, or the incoming traffic. I decided that I should mention it in the forum just in case it was an intermittent problem, since most browsers are disabled to notify for every script error.
Again, it could be just my system due to traffic and multiple running services and their corresponding technologies.

Actually I thought about that after I posted. However I’m not very fluent in javascript, so I’m a little uncertain as to the correct attributes and/or values. If you have the code, or know where it can be located, I would appreciate it.

Actually you can in fact use DreamWeaver to edit or create a stylesheet, or you can use a simple text application such as Notepad which is what I use. When using a text editor, simply save using the css file extension, or change the txt file extension to css. When using DreamWeaver, simply open a stylesheet, or choose a new stylesheet. If you are going to use it with WordPress, do not use DreamWeaver to link the stylesheet to the index page, unless you have already assigned a site folder. Then you can play with the attribute variables such as color values to get a feel of how the stylesheet works. It actually might be better to first experiment with stylesheets with an html page, but the choice is yours.

    Jimbo,
I’m looking at the code for your page, and I’m trying to comprehend your question, but I’m not sure that I’m following you. I tried your contact link to e-mail you, but it’s inactive. If you can place an address I can use on your page, it might be easier for me to help you out, especially since e-mail address are not suggested to be used in these posts. Maybe that way you can send a description or example of what you wish to accomplish, and I’ll see if either I or someplace on-line has the answers you need.

I want to add some follow-up information concerning the multiple links issue. I just had to remove two additional links, a href="https://link/" /a [brackets changed due to formatting] to correct a display issue. Neither link was in the same paragraph, nor did they cause the same conflict. One linked caused the entire paragraph to be identifed as a single link in at least IE 6.0, since that is my browser. The other link caused a section of the text next to the link to be removed when displayed after publishing. In both cases the tags were closed. In the disappearing text, what was most interesting is that there was no additional space or   where the text was missing. In fact, even though what was displayed was two portions of completely different sentences, the displayed single sentence was almost intelligent. Which of course made me question it.
While I do not know how the links are being effected during the conversion process, I know that in my case the only way to correct the displayed text is by removing the surrounding or nearby links. So am I doing something wrong, or is there an issue concerning links, their placements, or the proximity between links which has caused this conflict?

    markjaquith,
Thanks for the suggestion, Mark. I did contact them, and they did in fact disable certain functionality because the PHP is installed on a Windows Server. I honestly do not comprehend the logic of their configuration which they claim is based on security, especially since I run newer versions of PHP and MySQL locally. And to be quite honest, my network has been attacked directly three different times this past year. Which is why the site is now on a commercial host. However I will have to live with the limited functionality for a time due to certain technical issues. Should the blog become popular, which I doubt, I will simply have it hosted on a server with full PHP and MySQL support.
In the meantime, thank you very much for your response and suggestion. Jim
