I’m sorry to totally piggy-back on your question here, but you just laid out the installation process way better than I could in a new post which leads me to believe you can help me.
I’m trying to install using Laughing Squid as well and I’ve bitten off way more than I can chew here. I’ve managed to teach myself the install process up to your step 5 there.
First Question: Is there anything else that needs to be edited in the wp-config file besides the DB_NAME, USER, etc.? Do I delete any extraneous text to pare it down to just the code?
I tried to proceed after just updating those fields and I don’t know if my lack of success is because I made a mistake in the text-editing or because I’m getting the FTP wrong.
Question 2: When FTPing (I’m using Fetch) I’m inputting mysql50-73.wc1.dfw1.stabletransit.com as the Hostname. Is this correct?
