Thanks! I would like to make the description the same in all episodes in iTunes. I tried to look for a way to automatically insert a fixed line in every post of that category, so that I do not have to write the same line in every post. I looked at this and this tutorial and tried to combine them, but could not make it. Is it a line in a Jetpack plugin php file I can edit instead in my child theme to make the description the same for all podcast episodes?

I solved it by using string translation in Polylang instead, but I am still curious about why I did not managed to translate it with Loco Translate…

Thank you Shawn! Your answer helped me. In “Advanced mode” in “Blubrry PowerPress Settings” I changed the setting from “Enhance All Feeds (Recommended)” to “Do Not Enhance Feeds”. That solved the problem.

I understand that WordPress include category feeds, for example https://www.beteltrondheim.no/category/podcaster/ that in my case includes all my posts of the category “podcaster”. In case I had added a news article to this category, I would have no problems with understanding that it was included in the category feed. That would have been correct, as the category should include all posts of this category. But why does my podcast feed that Blubrry PowerPress Podcasting plugin generate include all my posts even though many posts does not include any podcast episodes?

Sorry, but I did not understand the answer. The news (uncategorized posts) are included in the feed. My podcast episodes are posts of the category “podcaster”. I followed the instruction from Publish Podcast to iTunes – Blubrry , which said that that my feed URL was https://www.beteltrondheim.no/feed/podcast/. But this feed includes news posts (no audio files). What can I do to only get the podcast episodes in my feed? I assume that it will cause problems for the podcast when it include the news posts?

No, but I see that the setting is correct. The current setting for “Locale” is “nb_NO” for “Norsk Bokm?l” in the language tab.

I have created a nb_NO : Norwegian (Bokm?l) translation of my child theme in Loco Translate, where I also translated the string ‘Search on our website’ as mentioned above. So this looks promising. But when I choose “Norsk Bokm?l” in Polylang on my page, nothing is changed. The strings that should have been translated remains the same. Must I do something to make my theme use the translation or link it with Polylang?

I understand that Loco Translate can be used to edit .po files, but since this is a searchform.php that was not part of my theme but one I added which .po file should I edit?

I have tried to change the height of .search-wrap input.search-submit and to change the button padding, but it did not seem to cause any changes. I would appreciate if you could help me to adjust the height:)
