Thank you for your question. At this moment it is not possible to get all categories a product belongs to but we retrieve the category that is set as the primary categorie.

If you let me know what you are trying to do I can see if I can advice and help you.

Did you use the “product identifiers” functionality from our plugin or did you setup your GTIN fields differently using an other plugin or custom field?

Could you let me know exactly what you did? Providing a screenshot(s) would be helpfull.

If you’re not familiar with using filters in your wp-admin, the best and easiest way to do this is by using a plugin like “Code Snippets” (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/code-snippets/). I have no other users that report the price with tax is not working. Also in my test setup it is working as it should. could you check and see if you are working in the latest version? If not please update and test again.

If you check your product feed make sure you remove your browser cache like with CntrL +5F

You can add category numbers in the category mapping tool where you connect each website category you want to include to an Google category number.

To do this select the website category -> click the (edit) link next to “Map to Default Category” -> Select the “select by category number” in the dropdown -> Enter the appropriate category number.

A side note; You mention that it is required to enter the category in your native language. That is however not needed. You can enter in your own, in English or category id.

What error doe you get? The categories should be correct as it is world wide accepted. What complain or alert do you get exactly?
