The message will no longer show-up when clicking the view details link. The error was caused because the “Requires WordPress Version” was set way to high. That has been changed so it looks correct now.

This image you get to see when you have the premium plugin installed and click the “view details” link. You can ignore that totaly, the plugin will work without issues and will not have any problem updating.

Nevertheless it is an confusing image and I will have a look at and make sure it changes to the correct one.

Sorry to hear you where unable to update the plugin. What version where you updating from? And are you updating the Google only or e-commerce version?

Jasper, I have sent you many emails and you have responded.
Please check your email inbox or the spam box. I sent you one email this morning at 09:37 am as well. Also with the notion, you can call me and my telephone number.

I am clueless about how you can receive one email and not the other. In the email sequence I can see all the emails I have sent to you so it seems that you have missed some emails but they are received and you can look into them.

Best is to contact me directly with the email address provided.

1. Make sure you use the “Price including TAX” in the source dropdown for the price attribute and “Sales Price including TAX” for the sales price attribute is you have added that in the feed.
2. Manually regenerate the product feed.
3. Important, Clear your browser cache, open the xml product feed file and check the values

Could you share the xml url with us so I can have a look?

Thank you for contacting us and your question.

The google feed manager plugin only supports 100 products. The premium version will support product feeds with unlimited products. If you are running the Premium version and you are still unable to have more than 100 products in your feed make sure you have upgraded to the premium version with the following steps

Step 1. Create a back-up of the feeds you have created before in the settings page.
Step 2. Deinstall the free feed manager plugin from the plugin page.
Step 3. Install the premium product feed manage plugin like any other plugin
Step 4. Enter your license key and validate.
Step 5. (ecommerce only) install the google channel in the channel manager
Step 6. Restore the feed back-up in the settings page from our plugin.
Step 7. Regenerate the feed(s)
?Step 8. Ctrl +F5 to empty your browser cache.

Great you have found something that works for you.
Nevertheless, the solution you talk about is very strange. Apparently, you have set the VAT details in your Woocommerce webshop so that is something stored in the database and we should be able to access that. You do not have set the Sales price for products so that should not return any number.

So it seems very weird indeed.

Could you send me an email at [email protected]? I would love to have a look at your setup en also check what happened with your support ticket.
