It looks like this was related to the WP JSON API being disabled and Wordfence Central incorrectly guessing this was due to Cloudflare.

Did you enable the “Enable WooCommerce integration” option within Wordfence?

Wordfence -> Login Security -> Settings -> Enable “Enable WooCommerce integration”

Wordfence doesn’t delete its tables when you deactivate the plugin. If you want those tables deleted, then:

1. Reenable the plugin
2. Go to: Wordfence -> All Options -> General Wordfence Options -> Enable “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation”
3. Deactivate the plugin
