ok ok – 1 Problem gel?st!
ich hatte übersehen, dass das Problem von dem Plugin “WPSupersized” ausging!
Da die WPSupersized-Einstellungen sich u. A. auch auf die gewünschte “NextGEN gallery to use” bezogen und die “Warning”-Meldungen direkt darunter aufgeführt wurden, sah es für mich zun?chst irrigerweise so aus, als sei das Problem durch NextGEN verursacht. Sorry.

ps: die kleine aber feine L?sung meines Problems steht hier, bei dem Beitrag von “unine” ??

habsch – ohne Versionsupdate – mit Version 1.9.6 auch schon
jedenfalls sowas ?hnliches.

in meiner php.ini steht “open_basedir = /home/www/web20/“
daher versteh ich die Fehlermeldung nicht …:
"Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/www/web20/html/blog/wp-content/gallery/verzeichnis/r0014378.jpg/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/www/web20/)"

Kann uns da bitte jmd. nen kleinen Tipp geben?

but the ?Random Image block”

since i use the modification i believe to notice a before not given conflict with another since well coexisting plugin named “random image widget”‘ and its functionality.
this formerly did link from the given random image to its specific image attachment-page – now it alternatively does link only to the picture or refers the homepage url & does refresh the page itself + renews the thumb.
ok, ok – i shouldn’t could get all of that i want … ??

add. advice: count of slides ( < 9) depends on your layout how many slides are to be seen!

thanks for this simply solution, i will resize my images before upload!

i having less than the max. count of thumbs similar to the width of the large image above the arrows allready appear – but in this case they are senseless and should represent an irritating feature without use. how it should be possible to hide them if there are less thumbs?

ps: i’m sad that the plugin-author not likes to respond to any of the questions for support since days ore weeks, what’s the matter? this gallery-plugin is fine, but it will e more satisfying with a minimum of support … ??

one idea:

i’d found the plugin “Unattach and Re-attach Media Attachments” – it allows to unattach and reattach images and other attachments from within the media library page.
But only from within there!

and only usefull in the contxt above, if there is a existing gallery allready … then you can attach oder “unattach” pictures

what you think about possibilty of implemetation a “Unattach and Re-attach” functionality into yasg?

ps: one tiny thing else – is there a way to get a little bit more convenient input-fields widths in the “Table Content”-area? They are a bit slim in use for someones else.

well, like i did describe above in my #edit it did work really, in this very specific way to hide 170 rows of css from the header ??

So i’d switched to “TablePress”, did import there my tabels easyly and do use now additional this “generatd file for storing and loading the “Custom CSS” code”.

wie k?nnte man die CDATA-Eintr?ge (/*Plugin-Einstellungen ? WP-Table Reloaded*/) , die also die “zus?tzlichen CSS-Anweisungen” enthalten, so auslagern sodass sie nicht im in voller L?nge und dazu noch leider auf jeder Seite stehen, auch wenn gar keine Tabelle auf der Seite ist und auch nur da geladen werden, wo sie gebraucht werden? So ?hnlich,, wie hier oben empfohlen?

how it may be possible to outsource (!) all the “CDATA” from WP-Table Reloaded, here the “additional css-rules”, into the style.css of the theme – sadly they are written into every page – although there might not exist any table – and got them imported with ( @import url ) but just only there & then if really needed?
just like the example above?

1. i switched off the option to embed the “additional css-rules” in the admin-area of WP-Table Reloaded, 2. did make an extra header for that specific page and imported into there these “additional css-rules”-styles …
