And Wp Insert is an Ads Plugin They provide widget,options to put ads between post, add code in header and footer and To put ads between post they Provide an Option in which i put adcode you can Also Set additional css for the ads
and they use php tag
plugin automatically add those php tag in theme file to show ads
I’ll try wrapping it in noptimize tag and let you know If it working or notForum: Plugins

I did Clear Cache of autoptimize and non amp page use yoast meta description and Tittle but amp page use Site tittle and Tagline
