Why dont You divide process into multiple sitemap one sitemap contain 100 or 500 video and it work static instead of dynamic

Ya Storing Old cache for old post can help server But i have Widget which Show latest post from Category in sidebar and Under comment
and Storing Old cache will show old post in those widget
