That worked. I didn’t know there was a new update I had to download and manually install.

1. what version of the Chart plugin – 20.0.9
2. PHP version – 8.1.27
3. what chart type and what data – Google Sheet, Column Chart (see image below), this is what it looks like in the backend.
4. latest version – yes
5. clear all the caches?and?exclude – I had already done that.
6. Incognito mode?or?another browser/device – I get “There has been a critical error on this website.”

Can you not use the same google sheet in 2 different charts on the same page?

I have the dates showing correctly. I did see the columns button and clicked it. I can’t select any of the checkboxes. None are selected and they can’t be selected.

Is there a way to only use some columns of a google sheet? I don’t want all the columns used on another chart.

I did get the sheets enabled and it works.

The dates are messed up. They are formatted like 8/15/2024.

I saw enable drive in the instructions, but not enable sheets.

Also how do I get dates to show up as dates and not large decimal numbers?

Is there really no solution?

Could it be that I set up my domain wrong? I have set up domains with WordPress before and have not had this issue before?

When I switch the site back to the subdomain I was using, https://cloudninemeeple.candaceduffyjones.com, I can now log in. I can’t if I set it to my new domain https://cloudninemeeple.com.

I contacted my host and they said it is an issue with WordPress and beyond their scope. Cookies aren’t being blocked on their end.

The constant “COOKIE_DOMAIN” is defined (probably in wp-config.php). Please remove or comment out that define() line.

As it says in my first post, I have already done that.

I need to login to my website asap. I have searched the forum and tried everything that I have found. None of it worked.

What do you mean by network? The multisite network? My wifi network? My ISP? Or my host?
