In reply to: New Plugin: iMP DownloadAll of your links appear to be broken and there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact you.

In reply to: iMP Download ManagerTracey– I’ve installed it a few times, can’t get it to work without activating the widget file, but I don’t want a long list of downloads in the sidebar. It does stop guests from downloading, but only if you use the widget files. If you or anyone knows how to put code into each post that has a download, please, let me know!!! ??
You said you found another plugin that works, can you send me a link for it, please?

In reply to: category page modificationsOkay, figured it out… problem fixed!
See code below:<?php next_post_link($format='<li class="right">» %link', $link='%title', $in_same_cat = true); ?> <?php previous_post_link($format='<li class="left">« %link', $link='%title', $in_same_cat = true); ?>

In reply to: category page modificationsI am at a total and complete loss after reading all of this and then some, but if someone has actually changed the code some place to make this work, I’m very interested in knowing what I need to change and where. The visitors to my site are not happy campers because previous and next do not point to posts within the category they are browsing.

In reply to: Background ImagesThanks for replying, but that didn’t work. I was just analyzing my example image from that link, and decided maybe I wasn’t clear enough about what I was trying to get across.
The three white images are not the blog content, they are what the blog content lays on top of. They are three sheets of paper: header, middle, footer. The posts and sidebar and all of that lays on top of those connected pieces of paper.
So, what I’m needing to do is have 4 image references: the polka dot background and the three split pieces of paper, placed somewhere in the custom.css file.
Did that make any sense? ??

In reply to: Category ListingsWhen I go to Presentation, Theme Editor, and look for Archives, I don’t see any Archives anything. Should I be worried? ??

———————————————-
go to presentation – theme editor – archivesscroll down until you find
<?php the_excerpt(__(‘Read more’));?>replace excerpt with content
that’s it. now, that list of posts will not show the excerpts only. it will now show the posts just like they look on the front page.

In reply to: 3 – Part BackgroundThis issue is evidentally due to the theme, the way it was made, I think. I’ve contacted the author of it, but thanks for trying to help me just the same… ??

In reply to: 3 – Part BackgroundOkay, the header shows now, but… it is not aligning with the center tiled image. Footer still doesn’t show.

In reply to: 3 – Part BackgroundHmm, I’m editing them from the dashboard, *bangs head against wall*.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: 3 – Part BackgroundI did this, but, the header and footer do not show up. The header and footer are the edges of the paper. It’s supposed to look like stacked pages of paper.

In reply to: 3 – Part BackgroundYes, I’m at https://www.studioreflections.com/ausrmusings/ … thanks for your reply. I can replace the bkg.png with my center tiled image, but am I putting the header and footer images that connect to it also in the style.css file?
