Hi Justin, no problem – thanks for the speedy reply. I had just added custom css to the sites as a short time workaround (display:none for the images) so it was easily addressed.
It’s a great plugin, so thanks again for the support! What would we do with all our spare time if not deal with tech support issues ??
Cheers
GlenNote I am also getting the following warning on all images, within the console:
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)”Closing now that this has been addressed.
GENIUS!!!
Thank-you so much, it’s working perfectly now ??
5 star review coming your way… have a great weekend & thanks again.
Glen
Quick update, my developer confirmed what I wrote above & didn’t have anything else to add.
Let me know how you want to proceed with support on this one. We love the plugin, and the hassle of replacing it with an alternative is significant, so I’m keen to come to some agreement with you for resolving the scrolling problem.
Thanks again
GlenThanks heaps for the quick reply, bradvin…
The “in development” URL is here:
https://77.104.142.156/~taloston/build/photo-gallery/marble-range/I suspect it’s conflicting with the theme’s standard plugins, which is a bit frustrating; I’ve disabled all the plugins I can leaving only these ones active & it’s still scrolling to the top:
Contact Form 7
FooBox Image Lightbox
FooGallery
Simple CSS
Slider Revolution
Webdevia main plugin
WPBakery Page BuilderNOTE: I suspect it’s the Webdevia plugin which is causing the conflict, because if I disable this plugin the site breaks (it’s part of this theme – https://themeforest.net/item/flooring-paving-and-tiling-services/19321502).
I’ve asked my developer to provide her findings too. But at this stage I’m not sure if I need to be asking you guys, or the theme developers. I am happy to pay for support if this is not a “quick fix”, it’s only fair… just let me know what you need.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Frizzly - Social Share Buttons] Failing to pin on PinterestJust got “live help” from MaxCDN who fixed it for my site in about 5 minutes. But they said it’s not a CDN issue, rather a Pinterest issue… although they didn’t tell me exactly what they changed.

In reply to: [Frizzly - Social Share Buttons] Failing to pin on Pinterest+1 here – no viable solution in Google searching. Almost zero valid results for searches like “pinterest cdn problem”… I’m using MaxCDN too.

In reply to: [Explanatory Dictionary] Tooltop Not Displaying after UpgradeHmmm…I just tried to uninstall the plugin so I could try reinstalling it, and received this error msg:
Fatal error: Class ‘Explanatory_Dictionary’ not found in /<location>/public_html/wp-content/plugins/explanatory-dictionary/uninstall.php on line 15
Any ideas?
Thanks again

In reply to: [Explanatory Dictionary] Tooltop Not Displaying after UpgradeHi RJ, I have the same issue – the formatting for my dictionary words is fine, but the popups are not displaying on any page since the update. I’m on 4.1.4 too.
I love the plugin, so hopefully it’s an easy fix!
Note my site is not yet live, so let me know if you need login details or anything to check the status.
Cheers

In reply to: [Verse Links] Bible.com search query brokenHi Brian or any other dev ??
On WP 3.5.1, and version 1.2 of verse link, I’m getting this upon install of the plugin:
“Missing argument 2 for do_settings_fields(), called in /[site]/public_html/wp-content/plugins/verse-links/options.php on line 29 and defined in /[site]/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 1107”It’s giving me some odd behaviour – such as the tooltip working, but always showing NKJ version from BibleGateway, regardless of the settings I’ve selected.
Any ideas…? I’d love to use this plugin, as it’d be a great time saver and the popup would make for a great help to my site visitors…
Many thanks!!!
Glen
I too have the same issue.
For me, I had installed Jetpack on a template site & cloned the site – however after following the above instructions (deleting both wp_options entries and deleting the plugin, then reinstalling it) I get the same message.
Is it possible that JP has other database entries hidden somewhere…?
