In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Tutor LMS YouTube video conflictI am having the same issue. Goes away when you use exclude URL, but wildcard expressions cannot be used. This means having thousands of lessons on my site, I will have to enter thousands of URLs. Am I getting the wildcard exclusion for a url correct? As in, should it be, for example /courses/*
To clarify, the intent wasn’t to bump as you left me a note requesting that I do not try to bump. The intent was to try to get an answer to my question in the order it was received, not to get moved to the top of the list.
Luckily I have resolved the issue. There were older mailpoet entries in my database.
You might mention to the CEO that it would be good to list on the plugin that you only offer support once a week for the unpaid version. Otherwise, people simply think that they are being ignored. And those people are potential customers. Perhaps there could be the consideration of hiring more people? I understand if there is no budget for it. But people who are using the free version of the plugin are potential customers and they should be treated as such.
No offense meant by any of this, just to clarify that to me, at least, it was a bit off-putting and causes me to consider not being a customer.

PS…I tried earlier versions 4.22 and 4.23 as well. Same thing

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Urgent Please: Too much Disk Space being ConsumedResolved. Sorry to have jumped to conclusions. It was residual files left over after migrating
I would rather know that it works from reports from others than to test it and find out it doesn’t work. Please let me know when you have a fix that definitely works and I will reactivate the plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout *** Forbidden ***Yes, I put two and two together with this as I saw a previous problem from the past that was similar. Hopefully they release a fix on their end as that should not happen.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] *** Forbidden *** when trying to place an orderJust out of curiosity, are both of you using Cleantalk? I am having the same issue and will open a ticket. But saw someone else with the issue who also uses Cleantalk like I do.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout *** Forbidden ***I am having a similar issue and will open a ticket. Continued to happen even after downgrading. Curious if you have reached out to cleantalk as I am using cleantalk as well and I am now wondering if the issue might be with their plugin. I am also able to do successful orders myself this end.

In reply to: [LoftLoader] Gets Stuck When Using NitropackYes, please use this one as I am operating nitropack in safe mode which means you have to append the url to see cached version. Please check it on actual mobile rather than desktop running mobile version. If you use inspect in Chrome, the mobile version shows it as working. But on actual mobile using both Safari and Chrome on an IPhone, it doesn’t. It just stays stuck on the loading screen.

In reply to: Problems with common.min.css in 5.8Yes, but it is not my responsibility as a customer to do that for either WordPress or BuddyBoss, therefore, I will just wait. I have my own garden to tend without doing someone else’s work for them. ?? let’s just leave it at that.

In reply to: Problems with common.min.css in 5.8Yes, but certainly WordPress is aware of potential conflicts their code would have with php themes. No offense meant. I think I’ll pass on the whole thing and simply wait for an update.
