I pasted the line of code into the r sidebar.php file. It doesn’t look right. The text is too small, and part of it overlaps with the text in the middle column.

I thought WP was more user friendly than this. Isn’t there a drag and drop, WYSIWYG version?

I have the same problem, and made the mistake of posting my question to this forum. Forget it. You’re on your own. WP can’t help, won’t help.

I don’t think it matters if you use Mac or PC. Either way, there’s nothing user friendly about Word Press.

Generally speaking, is there anything I need to do to use a plugin after I activate it on the dashboard? WP doesn’t give clear instructions for that sort of thing.

Can you recommend a stat plugin that gives IPs and geolocation for each visitor? I know there are quite a few out there. Which ones work best with WP?

I added the bookmarklet, but it shows up as the first post on my blog so now I want to delete it. How do I undo the bookmarklet. I don’t want it on my site anymore.

Is this stats plugin supposed to show visitor IP addresses and locations?

I went back and looked in the plugins folder and stats.php was gone. So I reinstalled with unilimited FTP and again, and this time it works. It showed up on the plugis page, and I activated it.

So does WP’s stats plugin show up on my site now? I don’t see it. How do I access the data?

I read that several times and it’s pretty clear what they’re saying. I even copied and pasted text from the faq you’ve asked me to review.

The problem is, there is no mention of an API key where the faq says there should be.

Sometimes when I click on the link, I am asked for my AP user name and password. Then I get a message that my user name is wrong. AUTISMNE. That’s my user name, right? It’s to the left of this post. That’s what I typed as a user name. Got my password right too.

If you have no idea what’s going on, then it’s OK to say so. But please don’t tell me to review something that I referred to in this string.
