In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] WordPress PDF Light Viewer PluginThere can be theme or plugin conflicts that is causing this problem. Best practice for WordPress plugin and theme development is to make everything compatible but in actuality this doesn’t always happen.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] images not displayed in emailI am able to view the images at the links you provided. I think the problem here is that the images are not embedded in the email, one reason is because the size of the email will grow very big. It can be issues with the email client also, because some email clients disable the HTML and so the user will not see the email as it would look in the browser.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Not seeing pictures at gmailI am having the same issue. I think it is because the images points to localhost or some other server, which require permission to access. So once I turn my local web server off, I lose access, and the images no longer render in the email. I think when the emails get sent the images are not embedded in the email, but instead a URL.

Hello there!
Sorry, to more specific I meant when the newsletters are sent via email, are the physical content of that email saved somewhere on another server other than the server that I using to run my WordPress instance. I am using a third party email service to send these newsletters via email. So for example, when I sent a newsletter via email, is a duplicate copy of the email saved on your(MailPoet) server or anywhere else?
Thank you! Greatly appreciate your response.
