In reply to: [Download Manager] Vulnerability IssueI think the question is…why are those of us with just Download Manager (not Pro) receiving a Vulnerability notice from our hosts or security plugins that Download Manager Pro has a vulnerability from our daily site scan. We don’t even have Pro installed. Just the Free version is installed. I am also running Download Manager 3.2.70, not the Pro version. Is there an update available for the free version of Download Manager to make it so our site scans don’t think we have Pro installed?
I sent you screen captures of the PayPal transaction page. This problem was also addressed by other users here, but was not answered: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/name-email-etc-no-getting-passed-to-paypal/#post-15868842

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Name, Email …etc. No getting passed to PayPalI have the same issue. WooCommerce is only passing the customer’s name to PayPal for “Virtual Products”. It should also populate their email address in PayPal. For products that I ship, it is passing the shipping address but again it is not sharing the customer’s email address with PayPal. This is a problem. I cannot use the “Add tracking info” email generation tool in PayPal if the customer does not have an email address that was populated from WooCommerce. This tool sends the user an email confirmation and also confirms to PayPal that the item was shipped. The customer’s email address should be populated for both Virtual and Actual products from WooCommerce to PayPal. The old plugin, WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway 2.1.3., did this flawlessly. What do I need to do? @niklasinpsyde

I am receiving the same error on my sites too. I host through Kinsta and there are no issues with my SSL certs. Kinsta support said, “As we can verify that the SSL is valid on your domain, it may be best to check this further with iThemes Security’s end.”

In reply to: [One User Avatar | User Profile Picture] Not working with BuddyBossThanks for your assistance.
I deactivated and then reactivated the plugins and it seems to be working fine now. I did not send a support email because I wanted to try these steps first. No further assistance is needed at this time. Thanks.
So I thought I would try a few more things. I changed the theme to the default, still had issues. I deactivated all the plugins and then reactivated them and it fixed it. I tried to pinpoint what plugin was conflicting with Site Reviews and could not find it. I even completely deactivated and removed all the data from the Site Reviews plugin and then reloaded it fresh to see if I could find the issue. The second time I loaded it, Site Reviews worked fine. I am guessing there was a plugin conflict, but I cannot find it. Currently it is working as designed on the staging site.
I went tools and “Reset Assigned Meta Values”. Cleared Cache and it is still showing 6 reviews on the “Rating Summary” when I only have 4 submitted. I went to the Optimise Your Database Tables and Repair Review Relations and it says “Optimisation is unnecessary because your database tables already use the InnoDB engine!”. My site is hosted on Kinsta, PHP 7.4, WordPress 5.8. What else could it be?

In reply to: [Download Manager] Error when update todayI deactivated the plugin, cleared cache, and reactivated.
Upon reactivation this notice appeared at the top of the Dashboard page:
“The plugin generated 478 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.”On the page with the File Download this message still appears
“Notice: Undefined index: terms_page in /www/mysite_823/public/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.Package.php on line 218”Forum: Plugins
