I’m using the video reproducer to insert the video on the home of the website. I’ve tried adding this code but it didn’t work.
Where do I add the code to make it work as a video? when I added an HTML it did not work. I don’t care about mobile if I won’t work but I’d like to make it work on desktop.

I know, it’s hard to explain, and our english is not that good.
The problem is, we have somo costumers that had an account, they created it on 2020 and last week they tried to enter the site to use the account and the things they bought and the account was no longer existing. The purchase was on the orders completed as it was on 2020 but they couldn’t log in to access. We had to create the account again and gave access to the client again. I don’t have screenshots to show it to you, we just have some angry clients emails complaning about this.

We remembered that when we design the site, somewhere on the configuration we can set up what to do with old client account, but we’re not able to find this information no more. And we’d like to prevent old users to lost their account just in case sth like this happens again.

I’ve tried this new code and I’ve also change to base styling only, now I see the button with no borders and white, I’ve only see the text but if I change the style it’s still not working.

Any other idea?

It appears as if the product was $0.00 wheb it autocompletes the order but it has a price.

I am reciving the error in all the payment methods, no matter what I do, if I tried to upload an existing order or create a new one from the scratches, the site crashes, then, when I refresh the page, it appears as it is working but my students still see the course blocked and can’t access to the content.
And if i upload it from Learnpress, it works fine internally but the users still can’t see the videos from the course. It started happening a few days ago and I’m going mad trying to solve it.

If I switch the theme to another one, does it make all my configurations go away? I’m afraid it will change how my web looks or how it works when I switch it back. I don’t have much idea how this works, I want to be sure my page will look exactly as it is now despite I change and desable all the plugins in order to try what you’re asking me to do.
