Thanks those were the instructions I originally followed but I still get the error message. I’m not sure if its an issue with the version of phpmyadmin?
The old server had this version:
Version information: 4.0.5, latest stable version: 4.0.9
The new server has this:
Version information: 3.5.5, latest stable version: 4.0.9
Also the old web server is cpsrvd 11.38.2.12
The new web server is cpsrvd 11.36.2.9
