So I still really need help with this. I went through every suggested fix… I restored the database, I re-uploaded the original version of the edited files, I went into the usermeta table and checked the settings (they were all fine)… I’ve done just about everything that’s been recommended and everything I can think of and there is still no change. I’m considering uninstalling and then reinstalling, but what good would that do? I’d be installing the same files I’ve already re-uploaded, and using the same database I used to restore…

    Help help help.

Anyone? Even a link to a quick tutorial or something to do a symlink would be helpful… I understand the basics of it but don’t want to mess it up.

Thanks so much for that advice ?? Unfortunately the plugin didn’t work. Not because it didn’t work but because I can’t even get into where I can enable the plugins. When I try to log into the admin area typing in the correct path I get this response: “ERROR: WordPress requires Cookies but your browser does not support them or they are blocked.” Which is weird since my browser DOES support them and they’re not blocked. I don’t know if that’s related or not.

But the good thing is that all of my pages are still there! The paths are just a bit confused. Anyone have any insight on the SymLink thing, or know of another way?

    Thanks again,

    Ava
