Please check if the featured image is disabled via the page meta setting.

Further, you can disable/enable the featured image for all posts once using the Astra Bulk Edit plugin.

Q1) None of these fields are available within the plugin to complete when you select review -> product.

In the end I trialled using ultimate blocks review as a tester for one page and ran the test and it worked without issue, so I converted all of my reviews to that.

I visited your site and I can see the site has a transparent header and it is enabled for desktop and mobile devices.

Further, when we enabled transparent header on the site the content for the site goes up to match the transparent header background.

Now, to fix this you can adjust padding for the section after the header from the page builder for mobile devices or you can disable the transparent header for the mobile devices.

Kindly navigate to, Customizer > Header > Transparent Header Enable On Desktop.
