Our team had a look at your request, and I’d like to inform you that we are using jQuery for various functionalities such as animating toggles and menu containers, opening and closing submenus, disabling background scroll, automatically closing other submenus when one is clicked, adding and removing classes from menu item containers and toggles, and enabling keyboard navigation. Therefore, removing jQuery is not possible at the moment.
However, we are considering ways to improve our product to make it more efficient with time. I really appreciate the effort you took to share your suggestion, and we’d really be happy to receive some amazing feedback from you about making Responsive Menu better.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention. This is an unusual occurrence, but I am confident that my team will be able to determine the cause.
Thank you for sharing the screen recording; it helped us understand the problem. However, while checking the website, I noticed that we are not receiving the cookie banner; if you have disabled it, please enable it for a moment so that my team can look at the specific page and assist you with the correct information.

I would like to inform you that we do not have any specific email settings. However, let us begin with some basic troubleshooting steps.
- Please ensure that you are checking the same email account that you have added to Guetena forms, as all responses will be sent to that email address.
- Check the spam folder once to ensure that responses are not going there.
If everything is fine, update the plugin once and test again. If emails are still not being delivered, please provide us with the page URL where the form is published so that we can look into the problem.
