We have replied to your concern in your email already, I hope you checked the email, please check the spam folder as well. Well, the issue of PHP is not related to the theme. There is some problem with your installation which we have mentioned to you over the email as well. Our theme has been used by many free and paid customers and the PHP error is never been reported before.

We can refund you your money if you are not satisfied.

It seems like you are trying to add the logo there in the header image. Well the header image is for the design purpose, so for logo you can add it from Site Title. Will you try that and check if that meets your goal.

You can add an advertisement from the customizer. Please go to Customizer and you will see the advertisement section, where you can upload an advertisement image and link.
