Since, I am in a managed WordPress account, I contacted godaddy, who said the error logs are fine. They didn’t have any issues in loading pictures or posts. They asked me to send a traceroute report which I did, hopefully they would resolve the issue soon.

Yes the speed is decent enough, all other pages are loading very fast.
I can load photos through filezilla. Just the admin panel is not working when I try to upload images or post large texts.

Sorry I am stupid, but how do I access the public_html folder?
My blog is able to update very small (say two or three words posts), but it is taking too long to upload any large content, and showing timed out.

I turned my firewall and antivirus off. Still the problem persists.
