The issue described is likely related to changes in how Twitter/X handles link previews. Twitter/X may no longer generate “article” previews with a clickable title and meta description for shared links. Instead, it may only show the text and featured image (or thumbnail) alongside the link.
This change is not specific to Nelio Content but is due to Twitter/X’s updated platform policies and link-sharing behavior. The platform may no longer automatically generate article cards with rich previews unless specific criteria are met or through paid partnerships (e.g., Twitter Ads).
I can confirm that for the tweet you indicated, we only shared the following content: “Alex writes about the busy day of rap releases from earlier this month.\n\nhttps://thepostrider.com/we-saw-the-entire-spectrum-of-hip-hop-on-november-1st/”.
Therefore, it is up to Twitter/X to decide how they show your tweets to the audience. I understand your frustration with this (that we share), but there’s nothing we can do to change it.Thanks for the info. I guess you did right with the settings, but since I can’t see myself your site from the inside, I cannot confirm that.

We tried to reproduce the issue locally on our site and everything works as expected. There must be something on your site causing the issue.
If you have access to your server logs, please look at them and see if your site is logging what’s amiss. If it does, please send us the log and we’ll explore a possible solution.
BTW, I’ve also replied to the support ticket you just opened on our support system. If you need to share with us private information, that support ticket is the way to go.
I believe the issue is that you paused your calendar. At the Calendar, click on the 3 dots on the top right bar of the calendar and, under Tools, click on Resume Social Publication.

Thanks for contacting us. I checked your site and apparently I couldn’t find failed messages for the actual Pinterest profile. I only found one message that was finally published that had a warning indicating “Invalid image URL”. This warning appears when the post related to the social message does not have an image or Nelio Content was unable to retrieve any image from the content of the post.

In reply to: [Nelio Popups] Limit of 10 active popups?The issue you reference is intentional to improve the performance. But if you want to load more than 10 popups on a page, you can use the following filter in your code:
add_filter( 'nelio_popups_per_page', function() { return 20; } );
Instead of 20, you can use the number you prefer. The default one is 10, which explains why you only see 10 popups per page.

Thanks for contacting us. Regarding your question, could you please confirm that your profile is valid in Nelio Content? Are your sure you do not need to reauthenticate it? Go to the profile list in Nelio Content > Settings and check that out. Let us know, after that.
I believe you probably need to reauthenticate the profile (click on the Refresh link) to renew the access token we have to publish messages on your behalf.

However, the test is not active in the URL you shared with me, which makes me think that this page is not using the tested template. This would explain why no alternative content is loaded when visiting this page, regardless of your settings.
