After thoroughly investigating the code responsible for calculating the analytics of the posts, we were unable to replicate the issue in our WordPress environment.

To be honest, we don’t know what’s exactly causing this issue in your WordPress site. It might be a compatibility issue with your theme and some of your plugins. It could also be caused by your server (PHP version, WP version, cron configuration). Truth is, it’s impossible to tell from the outside.

?If you have access to your server logs, please look at them after activating analytics and see if your site is logging what’s amiss. If it does, please send us the log and we’ll explore a possible solution. Alternatively, please grant us temporary admin access to your site, so that we can try to figure out what’s happening. You can send us the details to the email address support at neliosoftware dot com.

You are right. This behavior changed after we changed the way in which we loaded popups in the frontend. However, you still can make it work. Just add the following class into your button instead of the URL in the href property:

nelio-popup-js-open-1234

Where 1234 is the ID of your popup. After that, make sure the popup is configured so that the following is properly set:

• The Locations configuration includes the page/post where your button is, as explained here.
• The Triggers configuration is empty, or set up according to this (if set up, you won’t need to add the aforementioned class to your button).

Hopefully, now my instructions will be correct.

Do you want the button to open a popup made with Nelio Popups? If that’s the issue, just use in the url attribute of your button the following URL structure:

https://yoursite.com/?nelio_popup=your-popup-postname

Note that the popup postname (or the whole URL) can be found if you use a regular button and try to add a link to the button. In the user interface to search for the link URL, popups from Nelio Popups appear as suggestions:

Just select the popup that you want and if you explore the link that is set in the regular button, that is the URL that you want to use in your other buttons from tableberg.

The latest release fixed the issue. I’m marking this support thread as resolved.

This has been fixed in the last release of the plugin.

I checked your goal page and none of our scripts are loaded there. In fact, it seems that page uses a different template or something, because the HTML of the goal page is different than the one in the control or variant versions.

Could you check that and let me know why scripts are not loaded there?

What is the value you set in the field ‘WordPress REST API ENDPOINT’ that comes under the selector where you set ‘REST API’?

I checked the endpoints in the site you mentioned and I didn’t find any additional endpoint name. Note that you need to set up an endpoint name for the proxy to work.

For the record, the problem is already solved.

The point is that Facebook’s API currently requires full access to be set in New Pages Experience. If you only have access through Meta Business Suite, please follow the instructions for confirming access in New Pages Experience below:

1. From Facebook, click your profile image in the top right and switch to your Facebook page. 
2. Once on your Facebook page, click the page image in the top right and select Settings & Privacy, then Settings. 
3. From the left side menu, click on New Pages Experience. 
4. Under Page Access, ensure your Facebook profile shows under People with Facebook Access and click on it.
5. Confirm it says This person has full control.
6. If you do not have access with full control and cannot add yourself, you’ll need to ask another Facebook page owner or admin to add you and grant full control.

After that, the page should appear in Nelio Content when trying to connect it.
