Unfortunately, to update the pro version, you’ll have to download it from codecanyon and install it manually. By default, the automatic update takes the plugin from the www.ads-software.com repository, where the free version is located. However, I will note that everything will work in the free version (frontend) as well, as there are no restrictions on already created maps.

For some reason the request “https://narodenteatarbitola.com/wp-json/ipanorama/v1/item/1” gives error {“code”:”restx_logged_out”,”message”:”Sorry, you must be logged in to make a request.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}. I think some third-party plugin or theme is blocking access to the REST API for unregistered users as we can see, including my plugin’s API.

When do you get this error? Can you just upload a PDF file via WP Media Library?

Well, that’s a bug, as I see it. But browsers don’t provide that functionality, running in full screen mode for security reasons. So it’s just better to not use that mode and disable it. It will be excluded from the interface later on.

Don’t worry everything should be ok soon. I hope I will rebuilt this plugin fully this year, add new features and tools. At least I already have an idea of what should be in it and how to implement it on the new engine, the only thing left is to find the time.

This is because I need to fix a security issue where an unlogged user can see a disabled panaroma config by a simple GET request. In general, it’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect overall security of WordPress, because all of my plugin data is maximum separate from this platform. But since plugin elements can be disabled, access to them should be restricted to more than just the frontend. Until this fix plugin will be temporarily removed from www.ads-software.com.

Now much better in 2.2.10. There is a small point, but it is not critical, it is related to the fact that if we open gallery for edit (Fig 1), then click on “add to gallery” and close the modal (Fig 2), and when we reopen the gallery, there will be infinite loading (Fig 3). To make the items appear we just need to close the modal and reopen it (Fig 4). I hope to fix this next week.

In general, yes, it lacks something to work correctly with the built-in WordPress gallery. Now although it’s gotten better in .2.2.7, but it’s not 100%. To edit the gallery, we must initially select the “All Items” folder, otherwise the list will either be empty or an infinite download. I’ll put it on the work list and hopefully fix it in a week.

Try to click on “all items” when you’re in “edit galerry” mode. The items should be visible. Anyway as I said above I need to invetigate this ssituation more deeply.

I tested the plugin with WP Bakery too. What can I say, in general the gallery works, images can be moved, added. There is only one moment, if we open the gallery for editing, the system can say “no item found”, this is because the wrong folder is selected, and folders are essentially filters, to see the gallery images we just need to click on the folder “all items”. Anyway, it works now, but I may need to experiment with it some more.

Yes, there is still a problem with the gallery in Gutenberg mode. When I open the gallery for editing, items may not be visible because there are no such items in the active folder, if I select “all items” I can see the images and change their order. And drag & drop works.

Are you using WP Bakery? And open the galery to edit from its mode?

I tested as follows. I opened a new post, then inserted the gallery in the gutenberg editor, and it’s ok. Try to reinstall the plugin, delete it and then download from www.ads-software.com.
