In reply to: [Active Directory Integration / LDAP Integration] Remember me doesn’t workHi @mamusha
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Could you please confirm if you are referring to the functionality of the “Remember Me” checkbox during login? Just to clarify, “Remember Me” is a WordPress feature that keeps users logged in for couple of days if checked, and only for two days (default setting) if unchecked. Our LDAP Intranet plugin does not directly handle this functionality so could you confirm the exact issue you’re encountering on your site?
You can try deactivating the plugin temporarily and testing the “Remember Me” feature again to see if it works as expected. This will help us determine if the issue is related to our plugin or something else.
It seems you have also contacted our support channel via email as well.
We have already sent you the response for troubleshooting this, please check your email once. We can connect over a call to troubleshoot this if required.
Thanks

In reply to: [Active Directory Integration / LDAP Integration] LDAP_USER_BIND_ERRORHi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The issue might be due to the “Login Settings” configuration. Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration to?double check? Also, can you enter the credentials of the service account again and click on Save & Test Connection.
It would be great if you can create a ticket?here?so we can look into your setup to help you with this further. Please let us know if you have any questions.

miniOrange TeamHi,
Can you try using this search filter : (&(mosearchfield=?)(!(userAccountcontrol=66050)))
Let us know if it works.
Hi,
If possible, can you let me know the search filter you are using so I can check the syntax?

Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please note that you can remove the disabled accounts from the search results using the custom LDAP search filter. You just need to add “(!(userAccountcontrol=66050))” condition in your search in case you are using Microsoft Active Directory LDAP server.
In case you are using some other LDAP server than do let us know so we can help you with that.
Alternatively, you can reach out to us here to get in touch with one of our support engineer to help you configure the plugin.
Thanks

miniOrange TeamThanks for using our LDAP/AD Integration plugin, we’ll be happy to assist you with your query.
Could you please confirm that LDAP login option is still enabled?
You can navigate to the?Sign-in Settings?tab in the plugin and check the?Enable LDAP Login?checkbox. Also, please make sure that your LDAP server is reachable from your WordPress Intranet website and that the requests are reaching your LDAP server. You can test that from the LDAP configuration tab.
You can use the “Test Authentication” present in the LDAP Configuration tab to test if the authentication for your user is successful. In case you get an error, can you share that with us here.
You can get in touch with us from?here?as well, so we can connect and look into the issue further in detail.
Thanks
miniOrange TeamHi @marthinet
Thanks for providing with detailed information.
The usernames you shared seems to be fine, although can you verify that the admin account in WP doesn’t have the same email as yours in the LDAP server.
Also, may I know which Directory Server type you have selected in the LDAP configuration; this could be a compatibility issue as well.
Can you verify the above and also try to change the username to email from the user mapping section and try test connection and WP login. Refer this screenshot.
Thanks
